Only the New Ticket Holder may request the transfer or registration. There are required questions on the form that

- Recipient must be 21 years or older and present valid ID (state id card or license or passport) at the gate for entry.
- Recipient must confirm the Gate Admission Policy, Refund Policy, and COVID-19 vaccination verification Policies.
- No animals are allowed. *registered Service Animals are excepted, must be leashed with owner at all times.

- Ticket number (this is sent in email from Tickets@houstonburners.org)
- Current Ticket Holder Legal First and Last Name
- Current Ticket Holder Email Address (they used to purchase/register this ticket).
- New Ticket Holder Legal First and Last name
- New Ticket Holder Email Address (confirmation emails will be sent to this address)
The form will email a copy of the transfer request details to both parties and UBS Tickets will confirm information.
Ticket transfer requests will be processed weekly. Confirmation of the transfer will be sent via email so that all parties have electronic documentation and can address any discrepancies. If you have not received an email confirmation of the transfer within 2 weeks of your complete transfer request, please email Tickets@houstonbuners.org and include the transfer details.
